Find Papers: A Tool for Finding Relevant Resources

Talk Abstract

Starting out on a new research project can be daunting, trying to figure out what journals, conferences, and authors you should be looking for. It's during this early stage in your literature review that a lot of time can be lost just trying to find what the literature actually is - a process made even longer by having to then tediously search the same terms across dozens of outlets.

'Find Papers' aims to simply that process, letting you toggle dozens of different sources from entire publishers to specific journals. You can also search Government publications and datasets, technical documentation, and University libraries. Just pick what you’re interested in, enter your query, and it will do the rest. This short session covers how to use 'Find Papers' along with the various ways that the tool can integrate with almost any stage of the research process.
